If you're reading this, you've probably found us through a video, a story, or a friend passing on our details. However you got here - welcome.
Hambleton Talking Newspaper is a project run by Hambleton Community Action, a charity based in North Yorkshire, England. We record local news for neighbours who are blind or partially sighted, or who simply can't manage a newspaper any more. It's a small operation. It's homemade. It matters.
Thanks to the internet, people from Greece, India, America, South East Asia and beyond have come across our little project and asked the same question: how can we help?
This page is for you. Write to us - a hello, a story from your part of the world, a word of encouragement, whatever you fancy.
Write in your own language. Whatever you speak at home - we will translate it, and you will become part of our family.
Whether you want to send an audio postcard, make a small donation, or simply listen to tales from a Yorkshire village — you belong here.
